Family Formation Program

The family formation program assess families as a whole in order to direct them toward programs what will meet their specific needs and assure family stability.  Families are assesses and then refer to other Wesley Community Center programs and/or the programs of other collaborative agencies. Then follow up are made with families to ensure effectiveness of the programs in assuring family stability.

 

Programs a person or family may be directed toward can include various job skills or job seeking programs, computer training, family counseling, and empowerment programs such as Male Awareness or People Taking Charge.

 

The Family Formation Program assists an average of 150 families per year and has been active since 2005.
